All Cerf Brothers products are guaranteed against defective workmanship and material for the life of the product.  We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any item shown to be defective.

Items not covered by warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear, including characteristic wear patterns and fading of fabrics
  • Damage from mistreatment, alteration or improper cleaning (see Care and Handling instructions on the product.)
  • Damage of personal property stored or transported in our gear
  • Product received without a Return Authorization number.
  • Product lost or damaged by the return carrier (en route to Cerf Brothers). Keep a tracking number from the carrier to assure delivery.

Cerf Brothers does not assume shipping expenses for product returned to our facility. We will ship your repaired or replaced item from our facility at no cost.

To obtain a Return Authorization number and instructions for returning your product, follow the instructions below.

To obtain a Return Authorization number for product under warranty:

  1. Go to the Contact Us page
  2. Complete the email form
  3. Select Warranty/Repairs from the "Subject:" drop down menu
  4. Include a message describing your bag style and the defect
  5. Send your email. A Customer Service representative will reply with a Return Authorization number and specific shipping instructions
